Jaimie Kidston
Jaimie Kidston has been assisting clients to resolve disputes for over a decade. She recognizes that each client has brings unique perspectives and needs and works with them to navigate solutions. Her practice focuses on estates, construction, corporate, employment and real estate matters. Jaimie has a keen interest in legal issues affecting Indigenous clients, including on-reserve land disputes, estates, and interpersonal conflict. Jaimie has represented clients in British Columbia courts and tribunals, in mediations, and in non-traditional dispute resolution settings.
Outside the office, Jaimie is an avid competitor and volunteer in the Olympic equestrian sport of Eventing. Jaimie is grateful to live and work on the unceded territory of the Okanagan/Syilx people.
